My priority has always been to deliver my clients the highest level of customer service and marketing with the sale of their property, to ensure they achieve the best possible sale price for their home.
I realised while working for corporate estate agents that I lacked the freedom and flexibility to truly offer my clients a service that was bespoke to them and their property. After becoming bogged down with corporate KPIs and targets, I knew the time had come to open my estate agency business. In doing so I could focus on what mattered most to my clients and challenge the status quo of traditional estate agency models.
And so, it was born! ‘Bespoke Property Agency’, where we aim for our services to be exceptional and our fees fair and fully transparent.
I realised that expert estate agency services could be provided to sellers at an exceptionally high standard without the need for an expensive high street branch. Costly branch locations only add to the customer’s selling fees and provide very few real-world benefits in the modern day with the power of the internet and Rightmove.
